  2. 2 Scroll through the styles.
  3. 3 Click Copy next to the one you like and paste it anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

How does fancy text work if apps do not let me change fonts?

It is not a font. Unicode, the standard every phone and computer uses for text, includes extra alphabets for maths and symbols, such as bold, script, and circled letters. The generator swaps each letter for its look-alike, so the style travels with the text.

Where can I use fancy text?

Anywhere you can paste text: Instagram and TikTok bios, X and Facebook posts, LinkedIn headlines, WhatsApp, Discord and Telegram names, and many game names.

Why do some letters show as boxes or question marks?

The device or app has no font for that character. Bold, italic, and cursive work almost everywhere; rarer styles such as black squared letters may not show on older devices.

Is fancy text bad for accessibility and search?

Screen readers may read fancy letters one by one or skip them, and search engines and in-app search usually do not match them to normal words. Use it for a name or a short accent, not for whole posts or important information.

Why are some letters missing in tiny or bubble text?

Unicode has no tiny version of every letter (there is no superscript q), and the black bubble and square letters only exist as capitals. Those characters are left as they are or shown as capitals.

Can I turn fancy text back into normal text?

Yes. Paste it into the "Turn fancy text back to normal" box to get plain letters back from bold, italic, cursive, gothic, bubble, wide, and small-caps text.
